A good hot cup of cocoa shared on the slope of a mountain while its snowing opens up the deepest of conversation. My philosophy: find those times to connect with people-better yet, MAKE those times to connect with people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My goal is to provide travelers with a place to lay their head and a good time to relax after their adventures!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A particularly memorable time was spent slashing through long grass on a rainy night trying to find our way to an organic farm in Hawaii. Also being dead broke in Nicaragua and having our German friends put us up for the evening (praise the Lord for that dry floor and tasty food).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flying in the Alaskan Wilderness, landing on rivers full of Sockeye Salmon in Southwestern Alaska

Teach, Learn, Share

I have very few talents in my humble opinion, of the few things i can do is teach you how to fly! A few other things include how to fix a bike or change your oil on your car, I really have a passion for cooking and I'm pretty darn good at eating things too!

I'm in the process of learning to sail, and if I had more time, I'd do much more Scuba diving. among many of my other pursuits is to learn how to build furniture and make wood carvings.
