I am 20 years old and currently living in Spain after a year of traveling through Canada. I finished school back in Germany in 2017 and went on my journey in the summer of the same year. I was able to see amazing places in Canada and on my travels around the world. I met amazing people and I can say that this is something that truly fulfills me.
My biggest interest is probably sports. Sports of all kinds. I played soccer, basketball and I am doing fitness. I love watching American Football. But I am also interested in other sports. And with my interest in sports comes my interest in how the human body works.
But I pretty much like to talk about all topics that come into my mind. Having conversations about history, political topics or just getting to know other people is always fun for me. Especially getting to know the life stories of other people is really interesting to me.
I also enjoy philosophic topics a lot! The more I need to think the better haha.
Besides that, I want to learn how to cook. Cooking a recipe is quite easy for me, but to cook creatively is still really hard.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people that can show me their way of life. For me it is the best way to meet people that actually live in the country that I am visiting.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am listening to many different genres of music. I only don't listen to slow songs to often. At the moment I really like listening to music from the 80s and 90s. Africa from Toto and The Chain from Fleetwood Mac are probably two of my all time favourites.
Except for that I also like Eminem as an artist.
I don't have a favourite movie but I like movies with a complex story. I like watching series more than movies right now. Two of my favourites are Game of Thrones and Sherlock.
I just started enjoying reading books. When I was younger my favourite reads were the Harry Potter books. Now I really like to read books about recent topics and books that help me to improve myself. A good read for me was The War of Art from Steven Pressfield.
