I have a lot of global friends. Singapore has a lot of expats and from all over the world, I make friends. When I go overseas, they host me and brings me around to do the "local" things and go the "local" places rather than the usual "tourist" stuff. So getting immersed in different cultures, I get to appreciate the culture, people and country more. I thought I can do the same... to strangers.
