Grew up in Sydney but have been living in Germany for 2 years now, as it had long been my dream to live in Europe. Over the past 6 months I've been working for a gardening and landscaping company but am now taking a course so that I can return to teaching English.

I'm in Berlin to do a CELTA course (until the 1st of Feb) to become qualified to teach English to adults. I need a place to stay and have no money because the course was very expensive and work ended up being slow last month. So I'm going out on a wimb. It doesn't have to be for the whole time from now until the 1st of February.

I'm courteous and respectful and love getting to know new people. I'm also planning on moving to Eberswalde (and working in Berlin, most probably) pretty much directly after the course so I'm definitely open to meeting some nice existing Berliners.

I like watching documentaries. Favourite movies are Fight Club and American Beauty, although it's a shame about Kevin Spacey.
My favourite books are the 'Life of Pi', '1984', and I'm quite enjoying what I'm currently reading, 'Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance'.

mmmm, I can cook for you or dance for you but I'm a better cook than I am a dancer. I'm a great cleaner! I'll be studying most of the time during the course but if you're still up late or if you're free on Sundays we should manage to share stories as well.
