I'm a bit of a nerd. Topics I enjoy learning about include languages, computers, fitness/health, cooking, and learning itself. I'm married to a very friendly, lovely wife who makes up for my shyness :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After I traveled around South East Asian, someone told me about Couchsurfing. It's a great way to meet interesting people/friends, and I love it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The people I've met through CS and I have became life-long friends and we are still in touch-the greatest thing about CS.

Interests

Music has been part of my life since I was a baby thanks to my wonderful mom (who teaches piano). I was in choir in college (http://www.youtube.com/augustanachoir). I spend my time learning Chinese, reading and studying whatever I can get my hands on, and trying to have a healthy and happy life

Music, Movies, and Books

Music has been part of my life forever--from classical/choral to rock to pop, I enjoy it all. I absolutely love bicycling ever since I came back to the States and stay healthy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Singing with a group of amazing people in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway for three weeks.

Travelling throughout SE Asia with a close-knit group of college friends
