Hi, my name is Luke. I have recently handed my resignation for my 9-5 desk job and want to see more of the world before until I decide to be responsible again. I am Planning on a 3-month trip but maybe more, who knows… I’m leaving in search of an adventure, to do things I wouldn’t have done before, to meet amazing new people and to obtain a more positive outlook on life. I am very sociable and love meeting people from different countries and learning about their culture.

My hobbies now include climbing and fitness as well as spending time with my weird and wonderful friends at the house share I am currently in. I recently bought a slack line to attempt to master the art of balance. I used to play rugby and have done for about 12 years and used to do mountain biking before. I am very open to new ideas and experiences and would love to try as many new activities as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wish to see more of the world and the people in it. Couch surfing seems like one of the best ways I can meet local people to get the true experience of the places I travel to. I want to learn and to share experiences with new people.

Admittedly I've never read many books, maybe I will try it properly one day...
