ABOUT ME

I am a fun-loving young man who's up for meeting new people and doing new things.I'm always up for a jam when there's instruments to hand. I love to read and be outside as much as I love the big city.

I have just graduated from Bristol University and have decided to take a year out before entering the ominous world of employment. I don't want to rush life, compete for graduate schemes or get career-focused too early. There's plenty of time for all that.

I am planning a big trip to Canada in August to spend some time travelling, meeting new people, seeing beautiful places, and having a bit of time away from all that is home. I plan not to plan for this trip. I hope to meet some great people and let the plans form themselves. I intend to hitch East from Vancouver, slowly but surely, England-bound, and I hope to couchsurf along the way...what better way to meet people.

I have travelled lots before and love it. Whether in India or Europe, I have loved meeting people from all over the world, and listening to their stories and outlooks on life. I consider myself an open person who sees the good in lots of things and lots of people, and who loves to laugh.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm still quite new to this wonderful enterprise, and over recent years I haven't had spaces for surfers to stay. However I've welcomed a few surfers in Manchester when they stayed in my friends student house, and enjoyed showing them a glimpse of my hometown, whether relaxing or partying.

I can play the guitar, piano, drums a bit, and sing. Not that I think I can teach anyone anything but I can certainly share. Music is a lovely way to befriend.
