My name is Luke Clerkin, I am a 27 year old singer songwriter from Dublin. My mission in life is to make people happy through the power of music. I am passionate about creating change in society, and have expressed this passion through activism, as well as being part of different fundraising and awareness campaigns for mental health, and homelessness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A word that describes my reason for couchsurfing is the German word 'Fernweh', which translates to 'far sickness', or the longing to be somewhere distant. I have always had itchy feet. I have traveled all over Ireland and Germany.

I want to travel the world and spread my music throughout, I want to meet people from all walks of life, and be inspired by their different stories. I want to inspire people to live their dreams, and fulfill their passions.
