ABOUT ME

I'm a 30 year-old from Canada. I like traveling, meeting new people and experiencing new things. I'm genuinely interested in getting to know other people (preferably over some beers) and I'd say I'm pretty easygoing and easy to get along with.

PHILOSOPHY

You can't control what other people and so ultimately you are only responsible for your own actions. Also, bad things happen no matter what but if you try and learn from them at least you minimize the damage. You never know how something bad can eventually result in something good.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met up with a couple of people for coffee and for drinks. I couchsurfed a lot during my trip to Israel and got to meet some pretty cool people as a result. I'm able to host at my apartment in Verdun.

Interests

I'm interested in music, languages and martial arts. I studied history and languages as they have always been of great interest. I'm fascinated by languages and hope to learn as many as possible! Mainly though my interest is in making new friends and maintaining existing ones. After all, people are the most important thing in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a wide variety of music including house, folk, indie, rock...etc. I don't like to pick a certain genre and only listen to one specific type of music. I love reading and am particularly interested in Russian and Canadian literature. I also love mystery novels and I must say that Agatha Christie is probably my favourite all-time authors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to work with orphans in Vietnam. That was an amazing experience.
