I love to smile and beeing happy all the time. I am always try to think positiv.

I'm a professional personal trainer, fitness instructor, wrestling coach and gym owner (Finde me on Facebook or Instagram: Fechers Fitness Factory).
Doing sport is a part of my life, i never want to miss it :). My favourite sport is wrestling.

Besides sport i love to travel and cooking. I like to discover the world, visit new countries, town and places, meet new people, share experience and have fun ;) .... That's all i living for

Sport, wrestling, traveling and cooking

the most time in my life i do sport and teach little kids, young and older people to improve there fitness or getting better in wrestling.

i love to travel all over the World, especially to places i have never been before, meet new people, eat local food, having fun and to enjoy life.

i also try to live a healthy life. Most of the time i am a vegetarian. i like cooking and eating healthy stuff and drinking tee from all over the world.
