ABOUT ME

I am Luke! But you can call me whatever you like.

I'm travelling at the moment, mostly in Europe with the intention of finding a place to live for a few years :) I am one of those lucky people with dual citizenship (Australia/Italy) so I on on living in Italy for a bit to learn the language properly and live the culture of my family!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in doing whatever it is that makes you happy (without hurting people obviously).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started by participating in events in London, Belgium summer camp and Mont Royal summer camp in 2014. I hope to go to many more events and meets around Europe to make new friends and catch up with old ones! I can think of no better way to instantly meet great people from around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had a wonderful experience. Meeting other couchsurfers always changes my travel plans because people give you ideas for all sorts of places to visit and other CS events to attend. The friends I have made on the way have changed my life completely and I love it 100%

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Made more friends travelling than I thought possible..

I was so worried before leaving Australia alone for the first time on my big Europe/America trip.. My main fear being, I wouldn't make any friends.. How silly was I.

I have made more friends on my travels than I have back home! It has been the most amazingly and fantabulously wonderful experience connecting with so many people from all around the world, an experience I will never forget and continue to have throughout my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share travelling tips and experiences with others. Although I am not as well travelled as many on here but we all have unique adventures to tell!

I also have Vegemite.. the condiment of the Australian gods. I hope that I always have some to share with new people I meet.. be prepared ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

It sounds silly or boring to some, but I offer great company. Always up for interesting conversations over dinner, drinks or both!
