About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Walk to Foulness! Me and a friend are setting out to walk from central London to Foulness on the tip of the thames estuary, we are hoping to doscover more about this social and geographical landscape.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in east and north London, i truly caught the travel bug at age 18 in 2008 when I inter-railed around Europe with some close friends on a skateboarding trip. I haven't looked back since and have hitchhiked, couch surfed and ride-shared my way around Europe several times since as well as the east coast of the USA. I spent a year traveling with my girlfriend across India, Nepal, Thailand and Australia.
As well as working in the film industry as an Art Director, I'm a freelance photographer, filmmaker & designer, self-publishing books and exhibitions. I have enjoyed collaborating on many projects on my travels.
PHILOSOPHY
with energy and enthusiasm and an open mind!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed across the east coast of america with 2 good friends in summer 2010, we were hosted by a brilliant and diverse set of people such as 3 brothers in Brooklyn, a family in Memphis and two roomates in New Orleans.
I have couchsurfed in Belgium too, when me and 3 friends took a 'pilgrimage' to see one of our favorite bands 'Beirut' in Antwerp in summer 2011.
I also couchsurfed during a trip to the north of Thailand whilst me and my girlfriend were living in the south of Thailand.
I have also hosted couchsurfers in London and Brighton, which were great experiences!
