ABOUT ME

Sort of creative, with many diverse interests, yet with simple needs, I am easily satisfied. I can be very quiet, silent at times, or bubbling over with thoughts and ideas.

I am from Hawaiʻi, I couldn't choose it as place I lived in although I spent there most of my life. I also lived in Washington state and spent a year and a half in Italy.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I did an internship with an organization that is restoring and taking care of an ancient fishpond. Our work focused on marine biology stuff, but what really sucked me in was the culturul teachings. Aquaculture is part of land management system developed in ancient hawaii that is based on an understanding and respect for the symbiotic connectedness and simultaneous indepence of every being. It had a big impact on how I relate to the land that I'm from, especially in a socio-political sense, but that is a story for another time..
