ABOUT US

We're a pair of Midwesterners living in the Pacific Northwest and exploring all of what Washington has to offer. Luke works as a sports/outdoors reporter at the local newspaper and Marie's the membership manager for the Washington Wine Institute. We share a love for hiking, writing and enjoying great music. Luke also stays active by running and skiing a lot, while Marie thrives as a creator focused on knitting and some occasional woodworking.

We take a lot of pride in always keeping good beer in our fridge, and we're always happy to share stories with travelers about cool experiences. Also, we've done enough exploring in central Washington that we can at least point out all the cool places to go, even if we're too busy to take you out there ourselves.
