Between my bachelors and masters degree I traveled the world for 9 months on my own and I met so many wonderful people - I just love humanity :)
Been growing up in Germany (Bremen, Frankfurt & Aachen) and in Belgium (Brussels). Worked as a sustainability consultant in Switzerland (Zurich) for two years before starting my PHD in Aachen. But I live in Cologne now, which is a very lively and open and kind city!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying in a hotel in a new city is way more anonymous and less exciting htan talking and experiencing a city with someone who's actually living there. I find the conversations and little memories made with couchsurfing hosts so enriching that I prefer couchsurfing over any chique hotel :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Biking on the highway in Cambodia with my raincape on, no lights on the bike and it was dark and rainy
