Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Anyway, here is my couchsurfing story :
During the summer 2011 I travelled through Europe, and I became a couchsurfer in Vienna. I was alone and knew nothing about this city. Being welcomed and hosted by couchsurfers was a really nice experience.

Since then I hosted surfers in Lyon with my former roommate, then with Nicolas, and travelled again with him. Now we have mooved to Montréal and unfortunately we don't have space to welcome guests. If we moove again, maybe this will change :)

Interests

reading / eating / sleeping (more needs than interests)

watching people in the streets.
meet them.
listening to music in my living room, in a concert.
dancing.
going to theatre and exhibitions.
step out of my comfort zone. (when I slept and ate well.)

While I'm writting The Raconteurs are playing on Nicolas' spotify account, and the book on my nightstand, is "M Train" (Patti Smith). One of my favorite movie of the moment is "Only lovers left alive" (Jim Jarmush)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit my architect job to become a librarian.
And also some more exciting things like jumping from the top of a building on Alexander Platz (Berlin), going to Machu Picchu (Peru) and... meeting people thanks to couchsurfing, of course ! ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I use to love to show people around my city when I lived in Lyon. Now I'm the one who would need a guide, as I don't know Montréal yet !
But I can help you find any information you need on Internet or in a library. Trust me : I'm a professional.
And, as french people we would always be pleased to share a bottle of wine and cheese with you :)
