Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I have decided to wait before selecting what I want to study, and travel the world for a year! It is something I always wanted to do, and I'm very exited. I will leave in september, and have no plan whatsoever. I really hope I will meet people who can show me amazing places, and help me in my journey. I am very terrified that I might fail, but this is my dream, and I know I can do anything, as long as I keep going and won't give up. I hope I can find companions, friends, and beautiful experiences here

I love singing, playing piano and guitar, reading, listening to music, especially on festivals! I also like spending time with friends, cooking, and of course, making memories all over the world! I'd love to meet people with the same interests, and I would always love to learn new things

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My music taste is very broad, I go from opera to heavy metal, but a few of my favorite artists are Slash, Nirvana, My Chemical Romance, the pretty reckless, and thirty seconds to mars. I love movies, especially thrillers and Quentin Tarantino movies, but my all time favorite will always be Lord of the Rings. I love reading english classics, by shakespeare for example, but I also really love fantasy and sci-fi books, like the Gone series, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or one of my favorites, The Time-Travelers Wife (I need a new copy of that one though, being read to much has caused it to fall apart)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Well, I've made the decision, to travel for a year, which will hopefully be my greatest decision ever. I have been diving a couple of times, which is absolutely amazing. I would love to make it one of my hobbies (if I get rich)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I would love to learn how to speak Italian and Spanish, how to sing opera (since I'm only a beginner), and learn more recipes to cook. I want to learn as many languages as possible, so hopefully I'll be fluent in a lot of them in a few years!

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I could teach a couple of languages. I am fluent in english and dutch, I took Latin classes for six years, and Chinese lessons for 5 years. I consider myself experienced in Chinese. Latin is not a speaking language, but I could teach basic translating and mythologie, which is very interesting. I can play a little guitar (mostly chords), and I could give singing lessons. I hope I'll be able to teach people something new in return for a place to stay, a new experience, or friendships
