My name is Luna and I live in Austria, I have many many siblings (three smaller brothers and two smaller sisters), so I have no problems with spending my time with kids.
I love it to explore new languages, new countries and new people, sometimes I feel like a little explorer :D
I am a person to have fun with, to have good and long talks and to grab a hug, whenever you need one.
I'm sorry to say that I am not able to come on time always and that I'm not good in making important or less important choices (like: should I eat chocolate or strawberry ice cream?!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love it sooo much to get to know many foreign countries, but I'm not interested in doing some all-inclusive trips in expensive hotels. I also don't have a lot of money, but I hope I can pay all of you with my big and lovely smile!
I did learn some languages in school, but I would love to become a real pro by talking, talking and some more talking, so I guess that couch surfing is the best way, right?
Of course the aspect of meeting new people may be the most important one in doing couchsurfing! ;)

Interests

I enjoy all different types of art: Visiting museums, theatres, concerts, and so on. I also love it to have great conversations, to make jokes, to discuss interesting topics and to get to know as many nice people as possible. I adore languages, I love travelling, I love learning new things, I love humans.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste of music depends on my mood, but I really like reggae, because this type of music very often contains great lyrics and a beat that makes my body move. But also some Punk bands are amazing and I also love some really good rap and HipHop, such as Eminem or Käptn Päng.

If I'd have to choose between books and movies, I would definitely go for books! I love reading, and again my prefered topics depend on my mood. I adore the old classics but I'm also interested in modern works.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I bought completely spontaneously a train ticket to Switzerland and stayed a few days at a farm, this was one of my best holidays ever, because I had no plans and just did what came to my mind.
(You can watch a picture of me, sitting on a tree in the middle of Bern, enjoying the sun and the river. Just a few minutes later I fell of the tree. And yes, the water WAS cold!)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can give you a big smile, good (or bad) austrian jokes, a warm hug and good talks.
I can teach you german, french and of course english.
I can also offer you to look after your kids (if you have some) for an afternoon or something, so you can go for lunch or enjoy reading a book you've wanted to read for so long!
If you want to, and if you have a kitchen, I can cook you some of my favourite foods or mix you good cocktails in the evening.
