About Me

*live your life to the fullest, accept challenges, have dreams and make them come true, don t let the fear stop you from doing what you believe is right, be emphatetic, laugh a lot, express your emotions, always look for the bright side of a thing and make the most of every day, surround yourself with positive people and people you love, try to never hurt them, make yourself happy by helping and making others happy...and be who you are and be thankful for what you have!!
*i believe that everything happens for a reason
*...and that nothing is impossible.
*it's better to burn out than to fade away (kurt cobain)
*"When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down "happy". They told me I didn’t understand the assignment. I told them they didn’t understand life." (John Lennon)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

as i am usually moving away from slovakia quite often, i have never had the chance to host anybody till now, so i at least try to help other travellers by providing any info about my home country or places i have lived in or travelled around.
also, i try to spread out the idea of couchsurfing among the people i know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

not many experiences, but those few: only positive!
so far i have been hosted only in Amsterdam by Maaike and in San Sebastian by Xabier - thanks, guys!)

Interests

i am addicted to traveling and any kind of art!!!i love getting to know new places, new cultures, i love soaking up the atmosphere there, i enjoy meeting new people with different opinions on life and other things, from different cultural backgrounds, i love having new feelings, i love getting to know myself better though seeing and feeling new things. i love exploring and adventures in general and can not imagine living my life in a stereotype. when in a new city i always try to avoid the public transport as much as i can and feel the city around me while getting everywhere by walking. i love getting to know new places from the local perspective. ..there s so much traveling can give you!i love any kind of art from visual arts as painting, drawing or photography, through any kind of dance, music or theatre to literature or architecture! i love living in a big city and all the advantages/possibilities it brings. i love multicultural diversity and i love living in a vibrant cosmopolitan cities with lots of cultural activities.but i also love nature. i am amazed by the sea. i love it and can stare at it, breathe in its smell, feel the peace and contemplate the life watching the waves for ages. i love escaping away from the city to countryside with fresh air, high mountains or green fields full of flowers, i love walking in the silent forest, i love that peace, simplicity and relaxation. i love animals and when i was a little child i used to dream about living on a farm with all the animals one can imagine.i love learning new things and working on my self-improvement. for example i love learning new languages and the feeling i can communicate with people from other countries. i love eating delicious food as well as trying new things. i love cooking - especially while listening to music and dancing and singing along to it loudly. i love inventing my own recipes and i love to cook especially for my beloved ones.i love fashion and shopping and sometimes it is kinda difficult for me not to spend all the money, that i didn t spend on flight tickets yet;), on new clothes, shoes or accessories. (haha, yes, i m a woman)i love swimming and i feel like a fish in a sea when i am in water :) i also love hiking in nice nature, playing volleyball (especially beach volley) or football. when speaking about passive sports, i love watching football and ice-hockey (as most of the slovak people).
