Overview
About Me
Hi, I'm Nhung from Vietnam.
I'm currently working for a Canadian NGO in Hanoi in Marketing & Communications field.
I'm sort of a travel mania although it may not look that maniac from the number of countries I've visited...
I've been to 10 countries and the most proud one is probably my trip to Tibet and Everest Base Camp in 2015.
I love music, photography, travelling (of course), and food.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Getting to know the locals or expats who are genuinely in love with the place. I think that's the best way to find out about a new place.
Interests
I like doing motorbike trips.
In Vietnam, I have done plenty around the North, on my own most of the time.
So, if you happen to be in my country and want to see the hidden gems, original, non-touristy places with great cuisines, I can share with you some tips or show you around if I have time.
I also work as a free-lance photographer sometimes and of course, photography is one of my biggest hobbies. You can check out some of my photos at www.flickr.com/photos/nhunglt/

Music, Movies, and Books
My most favourite genre is Indie & Folk Rock but I also listen to a lot more than that... It's hard to say which one is the most favourite but I like Blue, Franz Ferdinand, Radiohead, Of Monsters & Men, etc.
Movies? I love Christopher Nolan and all of his work.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I just finished the longest solo biketrip ever with my scooter following the North West mountain loop in Vietnam. 400km in total I think.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Err... I'm quite talkative. I think I can be qualified as a semi-professional travel expert of Vietnam so if you plan to come, sure I can share with you some great stuff.
Countries I’ve Visited
Cambodia, China, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey
