About Me

CURRENT MISSION

savoring every drop of life there is to live!

ABOUT ME

The travel "bug" bit me a little late, but here I am!
I am from Los Angeles, born and raised.
I love free thinkers like the ones that tend to be attracted to CS.

PHILOSOPHY

if you can imagine it, you could have anything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My last several years have been "head in books" (currently in a Masters program). At the same time, I feel an urgency to spread the love in my heart now and to live more intuitively - as a spiritual being, having a human experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I tried it for the first (and only) time when I visited Italy in 2010... great community of people that I knew immediately I wanted to be a part of! I would like to host in my little studio from time to time when my studies allow (just 9 months left to graduation)!

Interests

I'm a bit of a health nut. So, I research, read and write a nutrition/ wellness blog.
Very interested in the health of our environment/ animal rights... you get the picture... a bit of a tree hugger (but I like to shave and wear deodorant)! :-D

Music, Movies, and Books

i enjoy documentaries, and then watching really stupid funny stuff (ie. comedians Russell Peters, Nikki Glaser) b/c sometimes (especially lately) the world can be too serious!
i like all kinds of music... rock, bluegrass, folk, hip hop, dance... i am not a music snob!
books - a couple of my recent favorites: Zen and the Art of Falling in Love and Walden Pond

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Armenia for the first time with my family, and seeing the Armenian churches dating hundreds of years BC.

Teach, Learn, Share

What a great idea!

Did you know that...

Raising cattle is one of the most damaging things to our environment?

More than ever, we need couchsurfing to counter the effects of an all-too technological world?

What I Can Share with Hosts

Sometimes, my home. Ask me on a case by case basis, and I will always be honest. If hosting isn't possible, I'll do all I can to meet up with you and show you at least one new thing on your visit!

Countries I’ve Visited

Armenia, Italy

Countries I’ve Lived In
