About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Have as much fun as possible.

ABOUT ME

I am pretty laid back and can get along almost anywhere doing anything. I love to be outside and in the company of good friends. My favorite activities include playing cards, running, swimming, biking, rollerblading, ect. I like to run to hang out with friends, swim to cool off on a hot day, and bike to get where I am going. In other words I am not a competitor in any of those sports; I do them for my own personal enjoyment. I love meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, cooking, and most importantly eating!

PHILOSOPHY

Be interested, and thereby perhaps intersting, for as long and as often as possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a bit of a fear of commitment and have not participated yet. I think I have to become a little more accustomed to how this works before I participate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hope to have my first experience 23-26 May 2008 in Dublin. I will update accordingly.

Interests

You name it I am pretty much interested. I like people. You know someone once told me real life is so much stranger than fiction. I think this is true! I love to just see what life is going to throw me next. It's been a great game so far.

Music, Movies, and Books

Entire Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, The Secret by Rhonda Byrne (I dont think the book is a super secret. I do like the methods she outlines to bring about positive change though.), Life of Pi by Yann Martel (Whew, I did not see the ending of this one coming!), New Yorker, BBC, NPR, This American Life by Ira Glass (This is a radio show out of a Chicago Based Radio station. It is Aces!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been in love, what is more amazing than that?

Teach, Learn, Share

Hummm, I really just try to be positive, and I guess I would encourage others to do the same. One truth I have found constant in my life, and I would pass on to others is everyone chooses their paths and no one can "make" anyone do anything.
