My friends call me Lux. That means 'light' in Latin. I live each day with an intention to make our world a kinder, warmer place. Physical exercise is a great source of well-being in my life, and I love every moment that I'm active in body.

I love sharing with others my understanding of how to move well up a wall. I also like to share (with anyone, really) how I understand mindfulness and what the practice means to me. I'd love to learn about the local natural ecology of wherever I visit.
