I'm a nomad, living life with a sense of joy and appreciation. I believe in compassion, truth, justice, and the interconnectedness of all. I write a lot about reclaiming heritage, owning our power/autonomy, justice and healing histories.
I've travelled often and love being able to immerse myself in the unknown with no expectations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the past I have stayed in hostels and camping sites. I've couchsurfed in the past and I've been super grateful for all the amazing people I've met.

I read books about herbalism, holistic medicine, buddhism, books by people committed to social change...the list goes on and on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will name two since this profile is probably 10+ years old.

1. Vision quest in the jungles of the Caribbean.

2. Felt truly free at a silent Buddhist retreat in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

I guide folks in connecting with their ancestral healing histories, traditions and medicine- including herbs/plant medicine--nope, not those kind!
