About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the world as an art activist/artivist doing healing work. Immerse myself in communities and share healing wisdom.

ABOUT ME

I'm a nomad, living life with a sense of joy and appreciation. I believe in compassion, truth, justice, and the interconnectedness of all. I write a lot about reclaiming heritage, owning our power/autonomy, justice and healing histories.
I've travelled often and love being able to immerse myself in the unknown with no expectations.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life and appreciate all you encounter, enjoy as many moments as possible because life's super short.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the past I have stayed in hostels and camping sites. I've couchsurfed in the past and I've been super grateful for all the amazing people I've met.

Thievery Corporation, Morcheeba, Esthero, deep house, afrobeat, some 80s music, some old school reggae and old school hip hop, some progressive techno/trance, old mambo, plena, guaguanco, etc. and much more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will name two since this profile is probably 10+ years old.

1. Vision quest in the jungles of the Caribbean.

2. Felt truly free at a silent Buddhist retreat in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guide folks in connecting with their ancestral healing histories, traditions and medicine- including herbs/plant medicine--nope, not those kind!

What I Can Share with Hosts
