COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've been to a few events (they were AWESOME), but i'm still pretty new to all this hoopla

兴趣

psychology, sociology, fixing my mom's bike tires so i can ride her bike and walk it up the big hills until i get athletic or something like it, finding things on the street that i need, writing haikus for my friends and sometimes strangers; i like music, arts, eats, drinks, mountains, beaches and all that in between.
i also like writing and receiving snail mail (especially the package kinds)
oh yeah. and thanks to melbourne i'm officially addicted to skinny flat whites. now i'm looking for some drip coffee that can feed the need for errand speed.

right now it'd have to be the talking heads and 4 non blondes. and penguin cafe orchestra. and the new regina spektor album.

i've just re-discovered all the books i was assigned in my college classes. so right now i have a nancy chodorow book in my knap sack. and i read some zines and they inspired me to get creative and activate myself....whatever that means.

i'm earning my stripes as the best baked goods chef i can be.
i'm really good at drawing maps on scraps of paper with directions from journey planner and google maps; a skill i'd be more than happy to pass along.
