About Me
Hey there! My name's Alex.
I'm a 27 year old guy and have lived in Melbourne for most of my life. I currently work for local State Government but get plenty of time off during the year to explore and travel.
I love exploring my city to find new places to hang out and i really enjoying showing overseas friends where i live.
I play a little bit of guitar, I ride a motorbike, love hanging out and of course I spend a bit of time in Melbourne's bars and nightlife. Oh and i surf a little bit too but i'm no pro ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new and awesome people. Everybody knows the best people to make friends with are travellers so this is ideal!
I work full time but on my days off I'd love to go on mini-trips with Couchsurfers who choose to stay with me.

Skydiving, I rode a moped around the entire island of Bali once, bartended topless (i'm not even ripped), ran out of money and slept on the streets of Vancouver, got kicked out of the US for overstaying my visa, worked in Banff Canada for a few years, ran a bar in Melbourne for a few years, played a gig with Kisschasey (Random Australian band)...there might be other stories but i have a terrible memory for these kinds of things.
