ABOUT ME

Hey my names Alex!  I was born and raised in California and love to travel!  I've been to many places outside the country and am always looking forward to new cultures and food to go along with the amazing experiences and photos!  I surf, snowboard, skateboard, bicycle, play guitar, and write poetry and make my own rap music!  I go to college and just got accepted to Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and am looking forward to going there!  The beach is an amazing place, the mountains are amazing for backpacking, and I am always down for a challenge.

PHILOSOPHY

How do you live your life?The time is alwasy now...  If I see something new, why not try it out?  Whats the worst that can happen?  As my dad always said, "No matter what, were going to come out of this thing alive."  I go for new things in life.  Spice it up.  Say what you want and mean.  Don't let someone hold you down because they can't climb.  Everyone is equal so we should all be included in everything we do.  Try the new things in life even if they are scary because once your done, your gonna say the classic... "That wasn't so bad."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Share a story of something that really struck you.I went to Mexico where no white person has gone before.  It was amazing almost getting deported by the military and having my local friends save me from that fiasco!  We saw wild parrots, road in the back of pick ups for hours, and went rock jumping in local ponds!  ( the deportation was me forgetting my passport, so nothing bad)

Teach, Learn, Share

What kinds of skills or information could you share with someone? What would you like to learn?I can teach anything I know how to do!  Guitar, surfing, skating, soccer, hockey, swimming, waterpolo, you name it!  I am great with computers and technology!I love learning about almost anything!  Recently, I learned how to shape a surfboard and now I ride it!  I pick up things very fast and am always curious about how things work.  Culture, history, stories, they are all interesting to me when I explore the world.
