Hi everyone! We are Andrei and Lyana, two software engineers from Ukraine eager to explore the world and prove that borders is something that only exists in humans' heads. We live in Kyiv - the heart of Ukraine and can show you our beautiful city with great pleasure and host you. We are passionate about our work and can share lots of funny stories about it. We live an active life, always prefer adventures and leisure to Netflix and PopTarts. We love dogs and other animals (and they love us too). There is one other thing we are passionate about - cooking. We cook tasty meals with great pleasure and love. This is something we can definitely share with our hosts. Our Döner, borscht with lamb, burgers and soya sauce wings speak better than words, though. I can even teach you to dance Ukrainian local dances, cause I have been into dancing since childhood)) We will be very happy to meet you guys and share our culture, stories, experience and make friends with you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Me and my second half, Andrei, want not only to travel around the world but also explore non-touristic side of a country's lifestyle, get to know local people and make friends. We want to have fun and bring fun to people, and of course we will be happy to learn new traditions, cuisines, customs and all the other great things.
