ABOUT ME

I have a passion for exploring nature and the outdoors. Oceans, mountains, rivers, lakes, and wildlife help me maintain an inner balance; thus, I enjoy active travel such as hiking, biking, and kayaking. I play a lot of ultimate frisbee- competing in tournaments all over the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is like a book with many chapters. Some chapters tell stories of love, drama, comedy,
mystery, loss, growth, disappointment, etc.

Some chapters are dull and ordinary, others intense and exciting. The key to enduring, persevering, and being hopeful is to never stop on a book or a chapter that seems too long or difficult. Some chapters may be sweet but too short. Your words, thoughts, actions, and choices are the pens that write the pages in your book.

Have the courage to keep turning the pages and believing that better chapters lie ahead. Trust. Listen. Believe. Be creative. Be kind. Be patient. Be grateful.
