About Me
ABOUT ME
A fearless, independent individual. I adore humans from ALL walks of life. I will equally go for coffee with a 72 year old male friend, go on long bike rides with my gal pals and party at the weekend with the youth!
I think of myself as good for the environment. I'm vegan, recycle meticulously and consider it a bad day if I have to catch a bus somewhere. If I could cycle across the sea I would.
The snooze button doesn't exist for me. I'd rather get up, open my curtains and make a delicious breakfast than close my eyes for another ten minutes.
My interests include long distance running, yoga (i'm currently physically connected to the practice but would love to find out how to mentally connect), french cinema, spirographing, linguistics (I'm doing a Masters in Applied Linguistics this coming october). I am absorbed by idiolects and the individual's choice of words, making puns, 90s house/trance, barmy clothing and getting my hair cut.
I am also a bit of a voyeur. I like taking photos of strangers (but not in a creepy way I assure you).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To make the most of wherever I travel by engaging with locals and not doing everything "by the book". I'd love to meet new friends and share my experiences after being out all day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most breathtaking experience of my life was scuba diving mid ocean and being surrounded by a cylindrical wall of Giant Trevally without being able to see any further than those fish which were twice the size of me. What's more, two hammerhead sharks showed up and split the flow of the Trevally by darting in and out of the shoal.
