About Me
I am travelling as much as possible before I start a PhD in September :)
I like to spend my spare time cooking (eating..), hiking, swimming in lakes and rivers (I love the outdoors!), meeting new people. and drinking wine or a nice beer on a sunny afternoon.
I am not much of a partier, but I'm more than happy to accidentally finish a bottle of wine with great company in a cosy home.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have just finished my masters degree, so now I want to start travelling the world and couchsurfing seems like an excellent way to do it.
I love sharing my experiences with hosts and surfers, meeting local people, and learning new recipes!

Music, Movies, and Books
I have binge-watched TV series on Netflix more often than I'd like to admit.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A few of the most amazing experiences I have had include camping amongst hyenas and baboons in the wilderness of Namibia, or camping on top of a mountain with a view of the Arctic ice sheet in Greenland.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you all about rocks! Come hiking with me in the Alps and I'll tell you the story of what we're walking on and how it was formed.
Or I can chat with you about anything else you fancy, I'm pretty open-minded and always interested in the stories people have to tell.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love cooking and trying new food! So if there is an opportunity to cook with or share a meal with my host, that'd be awesome.
