I have many interests and am a creative at heart. I sing and play guitar in an original soul rock band, am a metalsmith and jewelry designer and run an intentional musician/artist community/free organic farm in Austin, Texas. Although I love Austin, I've always looked at the West as my future home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm exploring in hopes of starting a new music, agricultural and intentional community. I am currently part of a music community in Austin, Tx that I started with a friend a few years ago. A few years before that, we started one in Chicago that's still going strong. In Austin we host couchsurfers (usually under her name) and have an organic farm, chickens, as well as many creative folk making art and music.
I love the whole idea of couch surfing: People helping people should be everyone's first priority in life.
