While my usual residence in in the US, I am living in Belgium on a Fulbright scholarship for the year and hoping to do a lot of traveling while in Europe.

I am a PhD student, studying medieval history and while I can tell you a lot about the 13th century, and I'm also a curious person and love to learn about science, art, and literature. Learning new things keeps life interesting. This is especially true for meeting new people!

Of course I enjoy museums and historical sites, since I study history, but since I spend a lot of time in libraries, I like hiking, cycling, and just getting outside when I can.
