ABOUT ME
My name is Lydia, I'm 23 years old and I come from Berlin where I'm studying hispanic and french philology to become a teacher later. My studies are my passion and I love to work with children! Also, I'm very lucky that I can combine my studies with traveling. I'm convinced that while traveling you learn a lot about life, about people and about yourself as well :D Especially, it's an opportunity to learn amazing people that inspire you and even making good friends!! I studied and lived for one year in Marseille in a french sharing apartment. At the moment, I'm living in Madrid for three month with two Spanish girls together and not long before I lived for other three month in Buenos Aires to do another internship. There I lived together with 40 Latinos in one home! :D It was amazing, I could do so nice experience! At the same time, I miss more and more lovely people, what is very bad about traveling...
I'm the oldest sister of 2 sisters and normally in Berlin I live together with them, they re very important to me! Let's know each other when we get the chance to! ;) Lydia

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have a special favorite book or movie, there re so many! For exemple as movie I like Vicky, Christina, Barcelona (or the movies from Almodovar!), 8 femmes, as well with Catherine Deneuve. And there are a lot of books that I love, for exemple the saga My brilliant friend from Elena Ferrante or Buddenbrooks from Thomas Mann!!
I recently discovered a quotation from Cervantes, that I think is very clever :D :
No ames lo que eres, sino lo que puedes llegar a ser! - Cervantes
Do not love what you are, but what you can become to be. - Cervantes
And another one from Federico Garcia Lorca I like as well:
Sólo el misterio nos hace vivir, sólo el misterio
Only mystery makes us live. Only mystery
