Overview
About Me
I love travelling and everything connected with it. To get to know different places in the world and different people from all over the world with their cultures and languages.
The best time I spend near beaches. I grew up in Rostock, a small German city at the baltic coast. So I really feel free, when I can listen to the sound of the waves and when I have a salty taste in my nose.
But I also learnd to love the mountains, especially during my time in Colombia. Hiking and enjoying nature and the silence got one of my greatest hobbies.
Besides that I try to do Yoga every day, play a little bit of guitar, and love singing and dancing.
My second favorite place after beaches are Festivals.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think you get throught Couchsurfing the experinece to get to know more deeply the place where you are. Locals always have better recommendations than travelguides. Also I love to get to know people and their cultures and way of living and thats also easier if you spend time with them and not only with other travellers in Hostels. The traveller world is nice, but sometimes it is very far from reality.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music. I am listening to music all day long. What kind of music depends on my mood. I like electronical music like techno, deep house or psytrance, but more for going out or cleaning. I like music with acoustic guitars and singing, Folk, world music, Indie and also Reggae and Dub.
I love reading and wathing movies, but I am really bad in remembering titles. But I remember "Stiller" by Max Frisch. In the moment I am reading "Shantaram" from Gregory David Roberts.
The last movies I saw (and of which I remember the names): Vessel - The Film, To the Bone, Newness and Sibirian Love.
