Hello!

My name is Lykke - nice to meet you!

I'm going to Seoul, Korea this summer with two other girls! (why I have pictures of other people in my folder, haha)

I'm currently studying animation, which means I'm spending a great deal of my time at school at the moment!

I moved to Viborg in 2014 to attend a drawing school and got accepted into the animation school the year after - hurray!
This means I'm pretty new to everything here as well (especially because I'm from little bit outside of Copenhagen). I haven't had that much time or money to see what lies outside of Viborg, but I'm still curious and I'm definitely gonna do it some day!

Besides that I'm pretty down to earth and in generally a happy person. I try to create a nice atmosphere around me, since it means a lot to me that people are comfortable in my company! I find it really important to be considerate of other people and to accept and respect people around me as well.

I'm pretty curious and get easily impressed so I might ask a lot of questions - please don't get intimidated by it! I mean no harm, haha. :)

* I don't speak Japanese or German fluently, but I understand enough if you want to text me. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's an interesting way of meeting new people and traveling.
Living that close to other people you don't really know that well seems intriguing to me! I love meeting new people and this way seemed very approachable.

Furthermore, I think it's so cool to learn about other cultures and sharing mine. It's important to have an open mind and learn from others!

With couchsurfing, you're also gonna get friends and contacts from all over the world! How cool is that?

Interests

I'm really interested in my study! I love animation and I love to draw. In general I just really like art - I don't want to limit it to drawing haha. (that's just one of my own hobbies).

I also work out at the local gym, since I can't run anymore after I got a back injury (but that's ok!) unfortunately, it can be hard to find time since my study takes a lot of my time.

And of course I love to hang out with family and friends - either just enjoying their company over a beer or just chilling under the blankets watching a movie.

Cooking is probably also an interest of mine - I'm vegan and have been that for almost half a year now, haha! If you're interested, I could eventually cook for you! So yea, food is pretty important for me as well!

OH, and of course traveling! If I had the time and money I would probably be traveling the world right now.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm just so easy to satisfy when it comes to music and movies, haha. I listen and watch almost everything. Such a bas critique!

I find it a little bit harder to find a good book, though. Or maybe I just haven't read enough! But I enjoy historical books or fantasy!
