I love to travel, though as a single parent don't have a lot of time or budget for it any more. Have been all over though, and would be happy to host anyone who's passing through on a low budget, we've all been there! Looking to build up some karma.

I like going out for a few drinks, food, playing some nerdy arsed board games, and generally just enjoy life and all it can offer.

I live just outside Winchester, recently voted the best place to live in the UK :) plenty of pubs/restaurants to eat in, art to see, a theatre, boutique cinema, as well as the cathedral and the original royal seat of England.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've started a new business and I often have to travel around to markets and fairs. And offering up space in my own flat to those passing through when I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love loads, but I am big 80's fan when it comes to movies. Books, I love fantasy and a bit of scifi, but I am trying to broaden my scope and read other things like "classics". I recently read some Hemingway and didn't understand the fuss at all :(
