I have way too many interests and get excited about learning new things, which also means I am easily distracted at the same time. But I've been fairly consistent with some outdoor activities like hiking or running, yoga, Insanity (it's an insane cardio programme!) learning to cook new cuisines and watching live bands at a bar. Love musicals, food and conversations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would share amazing feelings or milestones instead.

One evening on my regular run around the neighbourhood, I saw two dogs straying on the lane I was heading towards. Stray dogs and dog attacks are quite common so I did worry when they ran towards me. But all they did was run with me by my side. The companionship they offered was brief, but the best kind of acquaintance.

Conquering fears always give you a sense of achievement and acknowledgement of your limitless potential. I conquered my fear of water by being PADI certified, and fear of height by hiking to the peak of Mount Kinabalu.
