I love meeting and sharing with new people from all over the world and from different cultures, backgrounds and upbringings. I have lived in international communities in the past and I miss the opportunities of learning from others.

My past work was in NGO's in Uk and internationally, focusing on exclusion and extreme poverty. Also Community development and family support roles in UK.
I am obsessed with Chocolate / Cacao and everything from the History to the Cultivation, the ethics and most importantly the Eating!!

I also am into Music , Fashion and Dance from the 1920's - 60's, the 1950's being my favourite era, bit of a Rockabilly at heart! I go to a lot of Swing Dance events, Concerts, Cabaret, Comedy and Theatre.

Always been an activist in fighting Poverty, equality and Kindness. Involved with International Anti Poverty Movement for over 25 Years.

One cannot live by Chocolate alone! (though I try!) but have a love of Food and Drink and learning about International Cuisine.

I was once a bodyguard for President Chirac in France for a day!!
I would not have taken a bullet!! ....

Teach, Learn, Share

I can talk about Cacao / Cocoa and its complexities for ever. I teach people how to taste chocolate and have a monthly tasting club in Norwich as well as creating a Chocolate Festival and other programmes.
I am happy to share all I know but even happier to learn from others.
