Hello fellow couchsurfers :) my name is Lynn and here is a little story about me :)

I grew up just outside Toronto, Canada and always had a passion for traveling and exploring the world. The way I see it is I have about 100 years in my lifetime to see the world (hoping I'll live that long...we'll have the technology by then right?!) So I'm not gonna waste any time and see and experience as much as I can!

I studied MIT at Western University (media, information and technoculture) which was a quirky, strange but awesome program. It is quite hard to explain to people what I studied because it was so broad and covered everything! Anyways let's say it really developed my critical thinking and I'd love to have some awesome discussions with any couchsurfers who like stirring up some food for thought!

My career goals eventually is to work in film production (post-production editing and VFX) and graphic design. Also hoping to have my own side business making crafts and art :)

I am now living in beautiful British Columbia amongst the gorgeous Canadian Rockies! I am in love with the mountains and the mountain life. Love being outdoors, going on adventures and hikes, and snowboarding!

Although I must mention that I still have that city girl at heart who's been addicted to going to music concerts, festivals and shows since 15 yrs old.

My favourite part about the whole experience though is having made so many awesome international friends. It has been an amazing experience and I'd like to share my stories with you if our paths meet :)

LEARN: I'd like to learn anything really. How to cook different international cuisines, languages, how to play music. I always love hearing people's stories from traveling and learning about cool places to see in the world.
