ABOUT ME

I work hard but find time for sport, fun activities with friends and the odd night out! I try to live a healthy balance. I get on with people who are easy-going, considerate, interesting and positive. I try to do a good deed when the opportunity presents itself, hence couchsurfing! I love meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. I try not to worry about the bad things that happen cos every other time things have happened in my life it's turned out to be for the best somehow.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a guy in Puerto Rico for a week, and have been receiving couchsurfers in Marbella since I moved into my own apartment in September 2010. Apart from keeping in touch with a few hosted couchsurfers who live/were living close or settled in Marbella, I've also met people living in Marbella through couchsurfing.

Interests

I love animals, I love the beach, I love to party and I love to sleep! I love to go out on my bike along the Paseo, I love to dance, I love speaking my languages and travelling and meeting new people. I love good food and I love planning and making trips.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not a big fan of Spanish TV so mostly watch the Simpsons, House, Cold Case and the like. I like films except ones with too much fighting or anything to do with kung fu! I can't watch scary films like the Ring cos I can't sleep after! I like all sorts of books, although I have to make an effort to find the time. I love all latin music, like to dance salsa, merengue and bachata when I get the chance (don't have many friends that share that interest these days). I also like dance music and some classical music, I don't like Indie, rock or Flamenquin!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to a lot of places, either through small trips around Europe, through work or my backpacking trip to S. and C. America in 2010; but the most amazing thing I've seen would have to be Machupicchu, on the 17th of April 2010.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know some stuff about languages and I know a lot about where I live and the people around me. I am interested in improving my German and Italian and learning more about history.
