I am an 18 year old college student studying Computer Engineering at Northeastern University. I have been learning Spanish off and on for about 6 years and - while not fluent - have a working knowledge of the language. I love learning and am especially passionate about both music and science (mostly computer science and physics, but my knowledge of either is still relatively limited). I love being outside, whether wandering a city or hiking through nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The most positive experiences I have had while traveling in the past all originated from the relationships I had created with members of the community I was visiting. By meeting people familiar with the area, I could open my mind to the new experiences and a culture different than my own, meaning that my vacation became less tourism and more a foundation for understanding and learning. I am excited to continue finding these opportunities and meeting people all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music and have even played saxophone (both classical and jazz) for some time. I listen to indie, alternative, rock, bluegrass, jazz, pop, and some rap. I've recently been hooked on Jon Bellion, Khalid, Laura Mvula, and Moon Hooch.
