ABOUT ME

Hi I'm Isak, I've been living in Tuscany for 9 years, I love it. I've been working in Florence for two years as a chef, doing blown glass work on the side. I recently got a small apartment in the countryside just outside the city. I'm just following my dreams and enjoying the journey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that the best thing anyone can do in their life is to help others. If say it's probably the most meaningful thing you'll ever do, and the connections you make and the relationships you create and build are the best payment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've travelled a lot, and seen a lot. Going to Egypt was awesome, traveling through Vietnam for a month was unforgettable, skydiving in Switzerland was exhilarating. I tend to remember the food of places as much if not more than the places, I had an amazingly hot Tom Yum Goong in Thailand, I sweat so much eating that soup, tears came to my eyes, it was delicious I'd do it again...but think before asking for 5 star in Thailand.
