Seriously...what are the odds of meeting a Chinese guy who studied Portuguese in New York City, lost his passport while backpacking in Europe, and survived in Alaska for two weeks where the temperature was just below minus 40 degrees and the only toilet was outside of the house?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just finished college and started working for an amazing company in the intersection of liberal arts and technology. But my adventurous heart always urges me to explore the world whenever possible.
I would also love to provide convenience to travelers just like how I would like to be treated as a young and poor traveler. :P

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was the first day I arrived in Florence, Italy in 2010. I met Daniele and a lot of his friends while I was in Italy for the whole year! We had to a great time, and I got to learn a bit of Italian language and food! Ma che cazzo!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love my winter extravaganza in Alaska where I just fired up the old snow mobile machine and from the backyard went just about anywhere I wanted...just hit the trail, drop onto the river, zoom across the flats, and it's nothing but snowy, wide open spaces. The interior Alaska in the winter time was just beyond my imagination!

The main reason that I love traveling is to challenge myself to see the world in a different way.
Life is like an adventure and will make its turns. And I'm learning to go with the flow but to be ready for that, for every moment that changes in front of me.
