Hello and MoinMoin,
I'm Markus, I recently finished my studies in marine surveying and now taking a little time for myself. In fact I try to cycle from my hometown in central germany around the black sea: first to russia passing CR, Poland, Slovakia, Ukriane and afterwards through the caucasus into Iran. After Iran I plan to head back through turkey, greece and the balkan countries. It's a long tour and I hope to meet some nice people on the way for getting to know culture, folks and habits better than being a tourist getting off a plane.
I'm travelling with my camping equipment so if you can't offer a couch a secure place in the garden for me and my bike is totally enough for me! :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
I used to stay at couchsurfers already while travelling through Ireland, france and spain 7 years ago. It always turned out to be an enriching experience with cool people showing an open heart and mind.
I'm looking forward to meet more folks like this in the countries I'm planning to go.
