One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been the first outsider to be allowed to cook in this Thai kitchen in Portland, OR. And, was the first outsider to be able to cook for this entirely Japanese kitchen in Ginza.

I love teaching people about food, nutrition, lifestyle choices, fitness, music production... basically I love sharing. I also love to see what other people find deeply satisfying.
