Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To find locals who I can to stay with when travelling to a new place. Get to know the city through their own experiences and stories, which most guide books rarely cover.

Also I decided to start hosting people to give back to CS community and provide others the chance to see the city differently; the chance to see how I see the city.

But if you insist: Soul Music and Post-rock psychdellic tendencies, film and books preferences established like old wine or whisky: only the ones that stand the test of time are cheerished on my mental favourite expanding list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In addition to living in Cairo before, during and after the revolution (and survived it in one piece), I managed to learn how to cycle up hill in Freiburg without hurting myself.
