ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! My name is Monika and I just moved to Madrid, Spain. I am both Canadian and Polish. I am currently working as an Au Pair for the summer and as of October I will be a Language and Cultural Assistant. I am pretty excited to be living in Madrid and I am also interested in meeting new people. If anyone wants to meet message me! I am spontaneous, and outgoing and I'm always up for an adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed with my best friend and sister in Europe on two separate occasions. We met some amazing people who either took us in for a night or several days. We made short and long term friends. Cheers to everyone:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I enoy listening to house, techno, electro, reggae, and ska. One of my favourite bands are Sublime. I also really like to read autobiographies and watch documentaries or drama related films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been bungee jumping. I'm thinking sky diving is next!
I've stayed in Seychelles Island for 6 weeks. It is defiantly a must see location.
Ultra Music Festival in Miami must have been part of the top 5 greatest experiences in my life.
I travelled around Europe.
