Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend introduced me CS few years ago ... I thought "that's amazing!". Even before knowing about it, my travel-style has always been based on cauchsurfing. The best way to know people and cultures is living with them the every-day life, and CS gives the opportunity to actually do that!

Interests

Crazy passion on FOOD, everything about it! Food methods and process, food culture and history, food stories, traditions, myths, bread and cheese making, ...
I'm fascinated by any kind of fermetation ... there's a mystical power behind it and of course lots of cute microorganisms.
For example ... if you want to make me happy then take me to a food market or where it's posible meeting local producers, farmers, take me to a vegetable garden or to a bakery.
I'm interesting in tasting new flavours, smelling new aromas.
Hiking, photography, movies, books and of course travelling are also my interests.
