Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
travel around this beautiful Earth as much as I can til Im ready to get back to "reality" or til my legs fall off..which ever comes first
ABOUT ME
Like everyone else in this community, I love to travel, meet new people, talk and share experiences. After working my butt off for some years, I quit everything, sold all my things (including most of my clothes-tear- so we could finally realize my dream - travel for as long as possible around Asia. Now I have been back for about 5 years, but never apart from traveling for too long. I want to give back the couches loaned to me, and stories bestowed on to me with all who come through NYC !
Spontaneous and love to laugh, I love giving, and love when things are fair... Love good food and good story exchanges, music from far away places and photography tips!
PHILOSOPHY
Dont wish harm onto others and it will not befall on you. Its hard not to get frustrated with the bad things going on, but I try to see the beauty in everything and help others have a better day
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
since 2010! Someone sold it to us and I am so happy we bought! I am ready to host!! Come on in!! Also available to show you around, and give out all the tips I can about this city!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Started out as a guest but now have hosted so much as well! I am happy to help people with the right mentality about this opportunity. It is an incredible way to meet people and to get to know intimate places of a city and culture that you would otherwise never see.
Interests
cooking and eating, traveling (duh), meeting people and talking about their perspectives on things of their own culture and of my own. I really appreciat open people who can talk about the world around them. Photography and music are hobbies and would love to learn about these things, as well as languages!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Joined the Nadan festival in Mongolia, joined a migration of nomads on foot following them on horseback, climbed the highest sand dune in the world (despite my lack of belief in myself), walked a forbidden part of the great wall of china, seen the Ananda festival in Bagan, listened to the Gibbons sing from a treehouse above the treelines in Laos, was stalked by a wildcat in the oldest rainforest in the world Taman Negara, was brave enough to witness Thaipussam in India, chased a tiger in the wild, and Dalai Lama from his courtyard...and still to be surprised
Visited 72 countries!
